For those who are feeling a little more adventurous Badachro gives the shortest journey to St Kilda from the mainland. The trip can me made in around 4 hours, even with kids on board, and is a great day out. Don’t worry if that sounds too much for you as you can hire Ian as your skipper or guide for the day. He can show you some of the spectacular scenery up close.
